Important notes regarding your stay with All Seasons


  • All Seasons offers guests a smoke free and open flame free environment.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the property.  If a guest smokes in any room during their stay a minimum cleaning charge of $100.00 will be assessed in addition to any lost revenue.
  • Any guest under the age of 18 cannot occupy a room without a parent or guardian.
  • Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed at All Seasons.


  • We are open year round.


  • Major credits cards accepted; MasterCard, Visa,
  • Other forms of payment; Cash, Interac.
  • 25% deposit may be required for any:
    • Reservation for a single room of more than 4 nights stay
    • Reservation of more than 3 rooms for a single night stay


  • Only one discount may be applied for each reservation
  • No discounts can be applied for any:
    • Package or Special
    • Stay during peak periods

Check In / Out

  • Normal check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM
  • Early and late check-in available if prearranged
  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out may be available if prearranged


All Seasons recognizes unforeseeable events sometimes arise that require our guests to reschedule or cancel reservations. We do everything we can to accommodate those requests without imposing unacceptable financial strains on you or our business. Therefore, the following policies on rescheduling and canceling reservations are observed:

  • Requests to reschedule or cancel reservations at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival date are accepted without penalty.
  • If all rescheduled or cancelled rooms and nights are rebooked, there is no penalty.
  • Cancellations the same day as the reservation, early departures, and “no shows” are charged the full confirmed reservation rate.
  • Cancellations are not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation either by telephone or email.
  • We are not responsible for inclement weather.
